Dr Vassilis Agouridas is Founder and Managing Director of IKMADA Private Company operating in Athens (GR), Brussels (BE) and Nicosia (CY). Dr Agouridas has 25+ years of extensive experience in corporate strategy (Airbus), innovation deployment (Ertico-ITS Europe) and academic teaching & research (University of Leeds) in the domains of strategy formulation and execution through participatory strategic foresight and roadmapping methods, sustainable and responsible development, design and systems thinking practice, open business model innovation, new product design processes (teaching & learning and research), action research and curriculum development.
More recently, since September 2025, he has been a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in Strategic Foresight for Responsible Engineering at the University of Leeds (UK). Dr Agouridas is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the UK Engineering Council, Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and Associate Editor of the Systems Engineering Journal (Wiley).
He is also a Certified Trainer & Facilitator for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology [ⓒ2026 The LEGO Group] and a Certified Collective Leadership Practitioner.
